Senior Advisory Partners
The designation of Senior Advisory Partner is the highest professional recognition conferred by AB+ Consultancy upon members of the AB+ Advisory Network.
It recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, leadership, and commitment through their significant contributions to the successful delivery of major consulting engagements and the advancement of AB+’s mission.
The designation is conferred solely by the Executive Leadership and is not attained through tenure or application.
Eligibility
A consultant may be considered for appointment as a Senior Advisory Partner upon satisfying one or more of the following:
- Successfully leading or making a significant contribution to a large-scale or high-impact consulting project under AB Plus Consultancy.
- Demonstrating sustained excellence, professionalism, and technical expertise across multiple consulting engagements.
- Making exceptional contributions to the growth, reputation, or strategic development of AB Plus Consultancy.
- Earning the unanimous recommendation of the Executive Leadership.
Appointment shall be made upon the approval of both the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer.
Privileges
Senior Advisory Partners may:
- Serve as strategic advisors to the Executive Leadership.
- Lead major consulting engagements.
- Mentor Principal and Associate Consultants.
- Represent AB Plus Consultancy in executive meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
- Participate in the development of AB+ methodologies, standards, and new service offerings.
- Be considered for long-term strategic initiatives and leadership roles within the Advisory Network.
The designation of Senior Advisory Partner is an honorary professional title within the AB+ Advisory Network.
It does not confer ownership, equity, shareholder rights, directorship, or authority to legally bind AB Plus Consultancy unless expressly authorized by the Executive Leadership.
